PLEASE REMEMBER YOUR START NUMBER AS YOU WILL NEED THIS AT REGISTRATION, ON YOUR KIT LIST AND YOUR SIGN-IN SHEETS.
Please look to see if you can share a lift to the event. This will help reduce the impact of the event and will be VERY helpful if it is wet as car parking will be very restricted in this scenario.

Any team changes after today will need to be made on the day at registration- so arrive a little earlier. It really helps if the new/ replacement runner is already registered on the website first.
