Matlock Trailquest 15/2/09 POSTPONED AGAIN (04/02/2009 01:35:44)

Regrettably the thaw of ice and snow over the past week has not been sufficient enough to let the Matlock event go ahead this coming Sunday - the start/finish car park and some of the surrounding area is still under 4-5" of snow and unusable. We are sorry but we have no choice but to postpone yet again and the re-scheduled date will be Sunday 5th April. Please note that all entries for the current Matlock event will automatically be transferred over to the re-scheduled date of the 5th April. If you have an entry in for this coming Sunday and can make the re-scheduled date then there is no need for you to do anything, just turn up on the 5th April. If you can't make 5th April let us know and we can then either transfer your entry to another event or if necessary provide a refund. To clarify the position ref the ongoing Dark & White Winter League series: round 6 will now be the Bakewell event on Sunday 1st March; round 7 will be as planned on the 22nd March (venue details to be released shortly) and the Matlock event will be re-scheduled and become the final round on Sunday 5th April.
